Nestled within the Dhauladhar ranges, palampur happens to be the perfect combination of water bodies and greenery. Palampur is famed for its renouned tea gardens. This place is responsible for supplying the morning tea to many breakfast tables. The beauty of the town is further enhanced by the presence of numerous Pine and Deodar trees, which encircle the cityscape. Discovered by the Englishmen in the 19th century, their presence is still felt from the existence of Victorian era architecture. How to reach

By Road : Palampur is well connected with all the major cities of Himachal Pradesh. Regular buses are available from Shimla, Kullu, Dharamshala and Manali. 
By Rail : Pathankot is the nearest railway station located 90 kilometres away. One can board a bus or hire a cab from the station as well. 
By Air : Nearest airport is at Gaggal. It is located 25 kilometres away. Cabs are available from the terminus as well.
